Yes! FastFiller connects directly to your existing ChatGPT or DeepSeek web sessions for 100% unlimited, zero-cost form fills without any paid subscriptions or artificial monthly caps.

Is my personal data sent to FastFiller servers?

Zero data is sent to us. FastFiller has no middleman cloud server. Your credentials, profiles, and templates stay strictly inside your browser's local storage, and AI requests go directly from your browser to your selected AI engine.

What happens if the AI fills a field incorrectly?

FastFiller includes an instant 1-Click Time-Machine Undo button that rolls back native inputs, selects, radio buttons, checkboxes, and complex React-Select comboboxes to their exact previous state.

Privacy Policy — FastFiller

1. Zero Central Form-Data Servers

FastFiller does not operate any central form-data server, telemetry backend, or cloud database. We do not collect, harvest, store, or sell your personal details, resumes, academic records, contact info, or browsing history.

Unlike conventional extensions that route all user inputs through an intermediary cloud proxy, FastFiller is architected as a 100% client-side application. All DOM parsing, field detection, value mapping, and state restoration take place directly within your Chrome browser sandbox.

2. Local Storage Architecture (Data at Rest)

All your profile templates, custom API keys, and extension configuration settings are stored exclusively inside your browser's sandboxed local storage (chrome.storage.local).

Origin Isolation: Chrome's sandbox ensures that web pages you visit cannot access or inspect your FastFiller local storage.
Storage Security Realities: Data in chrome.storage.local is managed by your browser's local profile database. FastFiller does not layer custom encryption at rest over Chrome's storage mechanism; security relies on your local computer's user profile protections and device encryption (e.g., BitLocker / FileVault).
No Cloud Sync: FastFiller does not sync your profile data across devices via third-party servers. Data stays strictly on the physical machine where you saved it.

3. How AI Requests Travel & Third-Party Providers

FastFiller requires an AI engine to analyze form labels and map your profile data. How your data is processed depends entirely on the AI mode you select:

A. Web Session AI (Zero-Key Mode)

FastFiller specifically implements Web Session AI for two platforms only: ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) and DeepSeek (chat.deepseek.com).

Technical Disclosure on Cookies & Sessions: When you trigger a Web Session fill, FastFiller uses your browser's active tab permissions to communicate directly with your open, logged-in session on ChatGPT or DeepSeek. Requests carry standard session authentication cookies (such as OpenAI's session token) that your browser already holds.

Note on Provider Policies: Data submitted via Web Session AI is sent directly to OpenAI or DeepSeek and is governed by their respective consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. FastFiller does not intercept or log these transmissions.

B. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK Mode)

If you configure your own API key (e.g., Google AI Studio, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek API, Groq, or OpenRouter), all network calls travel directly from your browser to the provider's official endpoint via TLS-encrypted HTTPS.

FastFiller never routes API requests through any middleman proxy. Commercial AI providers typically offer zero-retention or enterprise API data policies for direct API users; consult your selected provider's API privacy agreement.

C. Local Offline Ollama (100% Air-Gapped Mode)

When using Local Ollama, form payloads are sent exclusively over loopback HTTP to http://127.0.0.1:11434 on your local machine.

Zero network bytes exit your computer. This provides complete data isolation suitable for strict compliance and air-gapped environments.

4. Payment Data & Financial Credentials

FastFiller is open-source and free to use. We do not process, collect, or store payment card numbers, bank credentials, or CVVs.

On checkout pages, FastFiller deliberately filters out payment card numbers and CVV security codes from automated AI field mapping prompts for your safety.

5. Zero Third-Party Trackers & Telemetry

FastFiller contains no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, and no advertising SDKs—neither inside the Chrome extension package nor on this website. Your form-filling activity remains entirely private.

6. Data Deletion & User Control

Because your data is stored locally in your browser:

You can delete any profile template or saved key at any time directly in FastFiller's settings.
Uninstalling the extension or clearing Chrome's site/extension data permanently erases all stored profiles and keys from your device.
